After hand-selecting Glenfiddich whiskies, they are finished in Somerset Pomona Spirit casks for approximately four months, resulting in a whisky that is both fruity and sweet, with a unique twist.
On the nose, expect classic Glenfiddich notes of fresh pear and ripe orchard fruits, accentuated by the Somerset Pomona finish. The palate opens with a burst of ripe orchard fruits, softening into sweet creamy toffee, caramelised apple, and woody spice. The finish is long-lasting and sweet, making every sip a delightful experience.
