Villa Ascenti Gin is a premium Italian gin, crafted at the Distilleria Santa Vittoria in the Piemonte region by master distiller Lorenzo Rosso. With over 20 years of experience, Lorenzo has created a gin that celebrates the region's ingredients and expertise. The gin is made with Moscato grapes, fresh mint, and a blend of locally harvested herbs including achillea, tansy, sage, and thyme. The fresh herbs are distilled within hours of harvest to retain their essential oils and vibrant flavours.
This 70cl gin undergoes a triple distillation process, with the final distillation introducing Tuscan juniper berries to capture the essence of the Piemonte region. The result is a deliciously fresh and herbaceous gin with a hint of sweetness from the grapes and a distinctive minty finish.
