Production Process:

Charcoal Mellowing: The whiskey is slowly filtered drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal, a process known as the Lincoln County Process, which imparts a smooth character.
Maturation: Aged in handcrafted barrels, the whiskey matures to perfection without adherence to a fixed calendar; it’s ready when it meets the taste standards set by Jack Daniel’s expert tasters.
