Distilled in 2016 and 2017, and bottled in 2020, this expression marks the beginning of a new legacy from the Hombo Shuzo company, known for its innovative spirit and deep roots in Japanese distilling.

Founded by Kiichiro Iwai, the man who helped send Masataka Taketsuru to Scotland, Mars Whisky blends tradition with pioneering craftsmanship. The Tsunuki Distillery, established in 2016, is their newest venture – and this first-ever single malt release is an exceptional glimpse into its future.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: A complex and layered introduction with notes of sultana, toasted almond, dry oak, ripe cherry, and a hint of spicy ginger.
