What sets this wine apart is the addition of Pinot Gris, which adds a distinctive aromatic and spicy character to the blend. Each parcel of grapes from different varieties, clones, and soil types is handpicked and pressed separately before blending to create Leslie’s Reserve signature style. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a full malolactic fermentation, followed by 12 months of ageing on lees to enhance its complexity and texture.
