Laurent Perrier has mastered the art of zero dosage champagne since 1981, and this Blanc de Blancs is crafted from meticulously selected Chardonnay grapes from both the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. Aged in stainless steel vats and carefully balanced with reserve wines, this champagne is disgorged without dosage, ensuring a fresh and refined palate. The wine displays a white gold colour with fine bubbles, minerality, and citrus on the nose, followed by a balanced and fresh lemon finish. Ideal for pairing with the finest fish dishes, such as sea bass, scallops, and marinated squid.
