Fitz Pink is the release from Fitz and the natural progression of the range. Having successfully launched the White Brut they wanted to offer more choice for consumers and a sparkling wine with light red fruit characteristics. Colour wise the wine has an intense pink hue akin to Laurent Perrier’s Rose offering. On the nose the wine has a luscious confected strawberry aroma with some floral notes. On the palate the wine is dry and full of wild strawberry, redcurrant and rhubarb flavours.
