Known for its elegant purity, fresh acidity, and linear focus, this sparkling wine is predominantly Chardonnay, offering vibrant flavours of citrus, green apple, and brioche. What sets this wine apart is the addition of Pinot Gris, which adds a distinctive aromatic and spicy character to the blend. Each parcel of grapes from different varieties, clones, and soil types is handpicked and pressed separately before blending to create Leslie’s Reserve signature style.
